I’m in the middle of traveling today, and won’t be on a reliable wifi network until well after you’ve had your 3rd cup of coffee, and your boss is already breathing down your neck about why the corporate credit card has a Pizza Of The Month membership charge on it. Anyway, to fulfill your readership and cover up my obvious lack of preparation, here’s a picture of a dog flying a skateboard plane. Hilarious, indeed. Talk tomorrow.

Well, blog readers, you know by now that when I go MIA, it usually means I’m gearing up for another amazing show for The Matt Fried Hour! Last week, comedy photog extraordinaire Keith Huang was awesome enough to give us a little recognition on the NYC comedy blog, The Apiary. Check it out! Come out to the show tonight!
Are you going? The ghost of Joe Strummer is!
TONIGHT, Wednesday night, July 29th at 9:00 p.m. at The Under St. Marks Theater. Be there! You can buy tickets online here! (Pop in the discount code “MFH50″ for $4 seats!)
Why hit up a falafel truck after a long night of drinking? Now I can just go home, take off my pants, and fall asleep on my couch with my hand buried deep in one of these bad boys.
Apparently, a mass HD upload is never a good idea – no matter how strong your internet connection may be. New Matt Fried Hour videos coming soon!
This was the scene at Prospect Park on Sunday. It was 67 degrees with a light breeze. Today, it’s been alternating between windy and rainy. Spring in New York City – like having a bipolar girlfriend.
This was the scene outside of The Upright Citizens Brigade Theater Training Center. UCBT recently announced they would be holding auditions for their improv teams and on Tuesday, hundreds of us working comedians showed up to sign up for an audition slot. This line started halfway up 30th Street and snaked around onto 7th Avenue. Last year, I think 700 people auditioned to get on a team.
I’m auditioning next Friday. Wish me luck!
