Among my many big New Year’s resolutions, I’ve wanted to get back to more Buddhist study in 2009. I’m not big on organized religion, but I think Buddhism presents a great amount of flexibility. At least, to me it does.

I’ve never been super keen on religion, but I feel like you get to a certain point in your life where realize that life according to Dawson’s Creek just isn’t going to cut it. Some people take this opportunity a bit more seriously than others. But, at the end of the day, if we can all find a way to get by and be happy, that’s all that matters.

Now, if you’ll excuse me, I have a steak to grill…
